I NEED MORE OF YOUR MERCH. WHEN WILL THERE BE MORE?

We have our enchanted quills working around the clock to create new designs that the magic lover in you will love! We try to schedule new product releases the first and third Saturday of each month @ 8AM EST. You can see our new designs here on our site as well as our Instagram page (@themagicianspub).

HOW DO I KNOW WHICH SIZE TO ORDER?

On our clothing product pages we include a sizing chart and information about the model to help you decide which size might be right for you. If you would like more information about a product to help with your decision, please email us at themagicianspub@gmail.com or fill out the form on our contact page.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

Our owls fly from the United States and are able to do domestic and international shipping! Please note that if you live outside of the United States, then you may need to pay your country's import taxes / duties when your package arrives.

DO YOU USE RECYCLABLE PACKAGING?

We take pride in being able to say that all of our packaging is 100% recyclable!

DO YOU ACCEPT NON-USD CURRENCIES?

The pub accepts USD $, CAD $, GDP £, and EUR € currencies. Payments not in USD $ may be subject to currency exchange rates. You may change the currency you shop with by scrolling to the bottom of any store page and choosing your desired currency using the dropdown.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

It may take our imps a few business days to prepare your order for shipping and hand it off to an owl.

Once our imps hand off your package to an owl you will receive an email with tracking information for your shipment.

If your item is a pre-order, please reference the product page for when it is expected to start shipping to you.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

If you would like to return an item, contact us within 7 days of your shipment’s delivery date to be eligible for a refund. To start the return process please email us at themagicianspub@gmail.com or fill out the form on our contact page.

HOW DO I GET HELP WITH AN INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ORDER?

Please contact us at the magicianspub@gmail.com or fill out the form on our contact page within 7 days of your shipment’s delivery date, and we will work with you to resolve the issue!
